Coaching for when your head is full, and you need to find calm and clarity.

How does it work?

Every session starts where you are, not where you think you should be.

We walk side by side on Wimbledon Common. You talk and I listen. I ask questions. I reflect back on what I hear. Somewhere in the middle of the walk, things begin to settle.

By the end, you have one or two clear next steps. After the session, I send you a short written summary so you can carry the clarity into the week.

Every session follows the same structure: ground, explore, clarify and commit.

Ground
A short check-in to settle where you are and agree what you want to use the time for.

Explore
You talk, and I listen and ask questions. The knowledge is already within you; I help you access it.

Clarify
Towards the end of the session, we slow down and distil the insight into one or two clear insights or actions.

Commit
Change requires commitment. So at the end you decide on one small honest commitment until next time.

After the session, I send you a short written summary to help you stay focused in between sessions.

Why walk-based coaching?

There is something about walking that makes it easier to say the thing you have been avoiding. The movement. The Common. The combination changes what is possible in a conversation.

Work with me

We start with a single session. We walk for 30 minutes and then we sit and talk for 30 minutes. This gives us both the chance to see if we are a good match and if the format is for you.

If walking isn't for you, for any reason, I also offer purely online-based coaching.

Select either online or walk-based when you book below.

About Siri

I am a coach and founder based in SW London. I spent fifteen years in corporate jobs working in marketing, change management and consulting. In every single role, the part that mattered to me was helping people navigate situations and find their clarity. Helping them hear themselves. Asking questions and finding a way forward.

I discovered Wimbledon Common over ten years ago and fell in love with walking there instantly. I have spent countless hours there with my dogs, it is where I do my best thinking, and it is where I work with my clients.

If you are feeling mentally cluttered, stretched thin or stuck at a decision, I would genuinely love to work with you.

FAQ

A few things people often ask before their first walk.

What happens on a walk?

We meet at a set point on Wimbledon Common. We check in, where are you today, what do you need from today's session. Then we start walking and talking. I listen and reflect back what I hear. We keep the pace slow. This is not a race, it's a chance to connect with yourself. At the end of the walk, you decide on one action to work on until next time.

What is different on the starter walk?

On the starter walk, we walk for 30 minutes, and then we sit and talk for 30 minutes. This is so you can get perspective and see if my approach feels right for you. During the sitting part, I map out where you are and where you want to go.  After the walk, I will send you a summary. If this feels right for you and you are ready to commit, you can opt in for my 6-week Clarity Commitment Programme.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and reflective support, not therapy or counselling. We focus on the present and future rather than clinical treatment or diagnosis. This is a space where you prioritise time to think and reflect.

Do you only work with women?

No, I work with anyone interested in movement-based coaching and honest conversations. I work mainly with women, especially mums who feel stretched thin between work, family and everything else. If you are unsure if this is right for you, book a starter walk and you will know by the end of it.

What if the weather is bad?

We only cancel in unsafe conditions, then we reschedule or have an online session. Many people find walking in all seasons grounding. I can send suggestions of what to wear if you are unsure. Otherwise, appropriate clothing is usually enough.
