Cancellation Policy

By completing this booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms. A full copy of the Coaching Agreement will be sent to you on confirmation of your booking. Sessions All sessions last up to 75 minutes and take place on Wimbledon Common or online as agreed. You are responsible for your own travel costs and belongings during in-person sessions. Cancellation — Starter Session Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. Cancellation — 6 Week Clarity Commitment Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All 6 sessions must be used within 8 weeks of the start date. Sessions not used within this period expire without refund. Payment Full payment is required at the point of booking. If a session is cancelled by me, it will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time. Consumer cancellation right You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of booking by emailing hello@sirialfsen.com. If you request that sessions begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that your right to a full refund may be affected proportionally to the services already provided. Scope of service This is a coaching service. It is not therapy, counselling or medical advice, and does not constitute diagnosis or treatment of ADHD or any other condition. Confidentiality All information shared within sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with the full Coaching Agreement. This agreement is governed by English law.
