My Story
Hi, I'm Siri.
I'm so happy you decided to get to know me a little better.
If you think I might be able to help you, a starter walk is the absolute best way to get to know me, but until then here is a little bit about me.
I grew up spending time outside, regardless of the weather. In Norway, being outside is just part of life. I think that is why I feel at home and at peace in SW with all its green spaces. I discovered Wimbledon Common over ten years ago and fell in love with walking there instantly. Two dogs, two stints living nearby, and more hours than I can count thinking through decisions, carrying difficult feelings, and occasionally just moving because moving helps.
I am a coach, a founder, a student, a mum of two children, a wife, a sister and a friend. I spent fifteen years in corporate jobs working in marketing, change management and consulting, and in every single role, the part I always leaned towards, the part that mattered to me, was helping people navigate situations and helping them find their clarity. Helping them hear themselves. Asking questions and finding a way forward.
This year, I took a big leap, went back to uni and decided to start my coaching practice and build a peer support community for people navigating ADHD. Common Clarity, the peer support community, was an idea born from experiencing how challenging it can be to navigate ADHD, especially when diagnosed later in life, like my husband. This experience has shaped me and is part of the reason I’m studying Digital Health.
Combining my professional background, my personal experiences and my current studies is what has led me here. To launch a coaching business and build a community.
Coach is a word anyone can use. What I offer as a coach is structure, space, movement and accountability. If you want to know what a session looks like, you can read more here.
If you find yourself navigating change or uncertainty, or you’re just looking for calm and clarity, I would genuinely love to work with you.
And if you are curious about Common Clarity, my ADHD peer community, feel free to sign up to the email list. I will keep you in the loop as it takes shape.
Love,
Siri
